I return my old iphone for trade-in. I don't know where it is.

I mailed my old iPhone 11 when I purchased a new iPhone 15. I have received several emails saying it had not been received. I don't have any idea where it is.

trade in iPhone Hi, I bought a new phone online and used the trade in option. I collected the new phone in store but had to send trade in via post. Received email saying they still haven’t received it yet I can tell by the tracking it’s at its destination. Any suggestion on who I contact

Broken iPhone Erase/Delete My iPhone fell and broke some months ago, so I asked for a replacement to the insurance company and handed in the defective one. Since I couldn't use it, I erased the data from iCloud but I couldn’t verify if the data was effectively removed. Now I am getting messages “supposedly” from the insurance company (unknown numbers/emails) asking me to remove the device from iCloud. Should I remove it? How do I check that the data has been deleted? What are the risks here? What security measures should I take now? Thank you!

Contact the shipping company that you used to send the old iPhone back. They will be able to track the shipment for you if you have your receipt and the tracking number.
