trade in iPhone

Hi, I bought a new phone online and used the trade in option. I collected the new phone in store but had to send trade in via post. Received email saying they still haven’t received it yet I can tell by the tracking it’s at its destination. Any suggestion on who I contact

I would use the Apple Store App, go to the order for your phone and scroll down to the bottom where it says “Still have questions?” And select one of the options to connect with a specialist (should be chat which will be via text or phone call). Or may be that your return hasn’t been processed yet even though it was delivered so they haven’t been able to update the system showing it has been received and is being inspected. But once you speak with someone they should be able to clarify that as well as see that it was delivered based on tracking.
