My phone is zoomed out, not in. I can’t my phone off, etc. tapping three times hasn’t worked. Help, please!

my Phoned is zoomed out so far that I can’t turn my phone off or get to the zoom off key. I have tried the three finger tapping, plus several other things, but no luck. Can someone help me, please? Thanks.

Hello. If you are having difficulty with turning off Zoom on your iPhone, cannot turn your iPhone off, and the three finger double-tap shortcut is not working, you can try force restarting your iPhone. This should turn zoom off when your iPhone turns back on. Alternatively, you can connect your iPhone to your computer and follow the steps below.

  1. Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch to a computer.
  2. On a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15, open Finder. On a Mac with macOS 10.14 or earlier, or on a PC, open iTunes.
  3. Select your device when it appears in Finder or iTunes.
  4. Select Configure Accessibility.
  5. To turn off Zoom, deselect the Zoom checkbox.
  6. Click OK.
