my iPad Pro doesn't recognise my fingerprint and the screen won't allow to touch in the code...completely locked I also can't hook it up to a pc as I can't approve the USB accessory....

It may be possible to put the device into DFU (Restore) mode. To do this, you can hold the power and home button until the device restarts. Keep holding the button until you see a graphic instructing you to connect the iPad to a computer. At that point, you may be able to restore and see if that revives the touch input. If it doesn't, then unfortunately, it sounds like your touchscreen has died. If you have active AppleCare, they will be able to assist you, otherwise, you will need to look into purchasing a new device.

I can't do that either as it will not allow the slide motion to power off...just as I'm not able to punch in the code.
The screen doesn't respond to the touch anymore...
What I was able to do is make a print screen and that pic I can manipulate (so scree stil works) but NOTHING is possible on the locked Home Screen...
