I've tried everything and still cant do anything with this...I cloud shows nothing there and it continuously allows me to sign into my apple account, but keeps telling me it's wrong when I try to restore ipad...THANKS!!

it looks like Apple is going to have to step in, I tried the iCloud stuff, nothing there it says…
Then it's signed into someone else's iCloud account if you cannot find it on the "Find my iPhone" app.
