Iphone 13 pro max physical issue

i bought an iphone 13 pro max, then i have noticed that there is a gap between the earpiece and a metal frame which i believe that dust and water can penetrate to it. I book an appoinment to apple support and talk to someone there, i asked for a replacement but they refused to changed my device. They said that its normal and there is seal for the screen so water cannot enter. But now i noticed that some dust are now entering on that gap. Hope someone can help me here.
