Looking at your screenshot, I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish.
Five volumes is the correct amount of volumes for a Mac that is booting from a disk formatted with APFS.
Those volumes are by default called Macintosh HD, Macintosh HD - Data, Preboot, Recovery and VM. These five volumes normally reside on the boot drive inside a container. Only two of these volumes will be visible in Disk Utility (Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD - Data)
Containers are normal for APFS formatted drives.
The only standard volume I see in your screenshot is Macintosh HD. ASRNewVolume and SSD are not default Mac volume names.
MacOS Mojave uses an APFS formatted disk for booting.
Which is your current boot drive?
To rid yourself of the two extra users, login to the one user account you want to keep. It must be an account with administrator privileges. Then navigate to System Preferences > Users & Groups and delete the user accounts that you no longer wish to use. When prompted, delete home folders for those users as well. This will remove the user accounts and permanently delete their stored data from the Mac.
