Missing Two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports
I just ordered a new macbook pro. I specifically purchased Two Thunderbolt / USB 4 ports. And all I received was two thunderbolt and a headphone jack.

I think you miss reading about specification. "two Thunderbolt/USB 4 ports" means "two Thunderbolt 3 ports" since sometimes Thunderbolt 3 is called USB 4.
If you want to get four Thunderbolt 3 ports MacBook Pro, you could return and refund if you received your MacBook Pro within 14 calendar days.
