I want none of my work related notifications coming on my iphone from Friday 8:00 pm to Monday 9:00 am. How do I set this up with Focus mode?

How does the time thing work? Is “From” and “To” day wise?
Can this be scheduled from a specific time and date to a specific time and date?

How will you define 'Work-Related"? Is it App-Specific or "Messages from", email Account Specific?
