Chrome 94 has a provision for importing Firefox bookmarks and any other bookmark data in HTML format. Apple's Safari bookmarks are stored in a Preferences list (xml) format and Chrome has no provision for that format.
However, Safari has a File menu > Export > Bookmarks feature that converts the XML to HTML links in the designated output file. You then choose that new HTML list of Safari links in the Chrome Bookmarks tool. No guarantee that it will be formatted in Chrome as it was in Safari, or even with a familiar folder structure.
I do not use Chrome myself, but all browsers have the ability to import settings and data from other browsers. The process can vary slightly, depending on what browsers are involved. Take the time to check Chrome's instructions for doing the import and then follow those instructions and you will be fine.
