Hi,
Just purchased Bluey through the Apple TV app. Before buying, I could see Portuguese listed as one of the languages for the show. I have Portuguese selected as a language in the TV>Preferences menu, so I believed I would get both the English and Portuguese audio as options when I downloaded the show. But, only English is showing up. Can anyone help please?

If you're tried watching the movie in Dolby, let's try changing the format to 4K or HDR and see if it plays.

Thanks for the reply. I had been through all those steps before posting the question but unfortunately I still could not get additional languages to download.
Why can’t I see additional languages for the show I downloaded?
