Purchasing from Japan/Korea & delivering to Singapore

Hi, is it possible to purchase Macbook Air from Japan or korea Apple Store & deliver to Singapore address?

The reason why I want to purchase from oversea is because I want different layout of the keyboard(korean).

If online purchase is not possible, the only way is to physically go to that country (where that option is available)? In Singapore there isn't option for korean keyboard layout...
