when trying to display “the morning show” in the Apple TV device, it says “problems displaying this content”
it says, “to access the content in your iTunes Store, go to “share at home”, but I do not have this functionality

Are you referring to the Apple TV app or Apple TV hardware. Also, you may be a bit confused between the Apple TV app and Apple TV+. Below is an explanation just in case there is some confusion:

It is very simple the device is simply obsolete, it's well over 10 years old now. That means the Apple TV app is not supported on a 2nd generation Apple TV, you must upgrade your Apple TV or get a TV that has the Apple TV app integrated into it.

I am referring to the Apple TV hardware which I successfully connected to my Samsung TV.
I am aware of the differences between Apple TV app and Apple TV+, in fact I am suscribes to the Apple TV+ and I can access content on my iPad such as “The morning show”.
The problem is when I try to see the content in the TV thru the Apple TV device.
I play the content in the IPad and when I select the “Applet TV device” to display the content, The content does not load
