How to change Playlist background color after 12.8.1.3 update

Hello,

One of the few features I loved about iTunes seems to have been pointlessly removed after updating to iTunes 12.8.1.3. It used to be that playlist pages would color their background based on the album cover of the first song or by whatever image you set for the playlist cover. After the update, all my old playlists and new ones I make are stuck with a boring, stark white background.

Has anyone figured out how to get back the old setting? I'd really appreciate the help if it's possible.
