how do I hide an app in family sharing on all devices. It is hidden on my phone, but still showing on a family member device under my purchases

We understand you're wanting some more information on hiding your purchases in Family Sharing and see you came to us from a helpful support article for this. The resource states "If you use Family Sharing, the app also won't appear in family members' purchases and won't be available for family members to redownload. But the app will still appear in your purchase history." So this could be why your family member is still able to see the app since it is not able to be hidden from purchase history.
