Our app stopped working without any updates

Our remote app stopped working a couple day ago . We refreshed reset looked at control center/ Apple TV nothing

We understand that you’re encountering an issue with Remote app and reviewed Set up the Apple TV Remote on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch for troubleshooting. 


Are you currently able to set up the Apple TV Remote on your device? If not, please be sure you followed the steps under section, ‘If you can't set up the Apple TV Remote’ in the article above, including to reach out to Apple Support. 


If that’s not the issue, tell us more about what’s going on.

To clarify, were you able to work through the steps in the article about setting up the Remote app? There is a section in there titled, 'If you can't set up the Apple TV Remote’. It sounds like you've covered steps 1 and 2. If the issue isn't setting it up and it is already set up and you can launch it from Control Center and all that, tell us more about what's happening when you try to use it.
