Can’t hear or be heard on iPhone 7 Plus

1. Just to confirm, does the speaker button appear to be grayed out on all calls, or does the issue happen intermittently?
2. Does the speaker icon appear to be grayed out when using other apps as well? For example, does it happen when attempting to record a voice memo? Make a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone
3. What is the exact iOS version the device is running at this time? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod
