What should about my issue that I am receiving calls even though the DND settings on my iPhone11 are turned on?????Why such ******* bad services being provided to an user like me,I have being using iPhones for 10 years now. Now,I am going to switch to android if this bloody issue is repeated.

By all means switch to Android, if that meets your needs. Android is a fine platform, and many folks find it a good solution.
Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls from all contacts is one way that calls can arrive through Do Not Disturb.
Some spammers routinely use quick doubled calls to bypass Do Not Disturb too, when the Repeated Calls option is selected.
