Can't cancel a subscription on Sleep Cycle App

I accidentally bought the premium subscription from the apple Sleep Cycle app- i realized that when after 7 days (which i guess were free trial ) i was notified that i had to pay for the one year subscription. I had not sufficient founds on my card, so my next step was to cancel the subscription. So i went in settings to manage my subscription and the subscription appears to be expired and i can't edit it. Meanwhile the merchant tries daily or twice daily to fill the payment from my card but i hadn t top up so that i can find a solution to cancel the subscription.

It looks like you had a subscription attempt to charge for a year, but it was declined and continuing to charge your card, right? Let's see how we can help with that.


Although the subscription is listed under the expired section, if you tap to view more information do you see that it is still pending or showing that a yearly subscription is pending? If you see that the subscription is showing it's expired without an attempt to renew then lets have you take a look at your purchase history to see if that charge is still pending. For help with reviewing your purchase history, use the following resource:


See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more


If you see that the charge is pending, are you able to cancel that? If you're not, or if you don't see it pending then it would be best to Contact Apple Support so they can look into this with you in more detail.
