How can I stop apple from protecting my email with another email sddress
Hide My Email is optional, not default, and your “real” address is used until and unless you choose not to fill in a webform with your actual email address. Apple offers the Hide My Email “private” email address when you are signing up for some service or mailing, and you can select or ignore the offer when filling in the webform.
