My Apple Watch say I have incorrect Apple ID and cannot be used to unlock this Apple Watch. I know the ID is correct. I used this watch with my old, broke iphone. I'm trying to pair it with my new iphone. I've followed all steps. It still will not allow me to use my apple id.

Just to be sure we're on the same page, have you already removed the Apple Watch from your Apple ID account as instructed in How to remove Activation Lock? If your watch has been removed from the correct account, then it wouldn't prompt you to sign in to unlock the watch anymore.
If you don't see your watch listed under your account anymore and the issue persists, please contact Apple Support next from the link we provided in our last message.

Thank you. I have unlocked it several times. Issue is not accepting my Apple ID and pass which I know are correct.
