My screen time keeps showing an app i don't have installed

Twice now, my screen time has shown near constant screen time usage for an app i don't have installed. I have a brand new iPhone 13 mini, and after a couple days, i got a notification that my average screen time was 14+ hours per day. Even with a new phone, i knew that was incorrect, so i checked it and it said for the last 2 days, Instagram had used 13 hours of screen time two days prior, 23+ hours of screen time the previous day, and 9+ hours that day (it was just after 9am). The biggest problem: i don't have Instagram installed. I don't use it.

I took my phone into my local Apple store, and the guy i worked with reset my phone and my screen time. The issue was resolved for a few days. Today, about a week later, i got another notification that my screen time average was over 14 hours. Looking into it again, this time TMZ was using 24 hours of screen time per day for the last 3 days. I don't have TMZ installed. I don't have any other Apple devices that are using screen time. Can someone help me??

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15
