I need to unlock screen rotate on I phone 7 plus using is 15. I have swiped upper right corner an only notification comes up

It appears that you have seen the correct article and can't get into Control Center to the Portrait Orientation Lock button. Have you restarted your iPhone and tried getting into Control Center again? Please see: Restart your iPhone.
