Hi, can i use third party usb adapter for charging my apple watch through apple adapter having usb c type and wire having usb a type.

Yes any charger which output 5volts has a connector that fits and can min provide 5watt will work
I would expect the adapter just to be 1 connector with metal connector connecting to one connector and metal connectors in the other end connecting to another connector so being 100% transparent to each end it being in between
