How can I delete a misspelled word from my iPhone 11

I have a couple of words I must have misspelled in the past and not I cannot get them fro popping up when texting or emailing. I reset my keyboard and they pop up in predictive words. How do I get rid of them?

Have you tried shaking the iPhone? That will trigger undo action.
