I have recently bought a Canon IP8750 printer, it's worked okay until today when I tried to print out some photo's.
It would not print the photo's and I get 2 error messages - Filter failed and unable to send data to printer.
The printer prints text perfectly okay.
Can anyone help please.
If you upgraded to Big Sur, you need to check Canon for device compatibility and Big Sur specific drivers.
Have you made any system changes lately? Upgraded to a later OS or some other upgrade?
The only system changes that have bee made is an update to the OS from Apple about 2weeks ago.
Yes I have Big Sur, but the strange thing is that the printer will print text perfectly okay. I have even tried the Generic printer driver instead of the Canon one.
Ok, but same response ... check with Canon.
