I need help to recover an old voicemail I have deleted from my mom who passed away

If you deleted the voicemail it is unlikely that you can recover the message. Look in deleted messages in your voicemail. If there is nothing there, the message is irrecoverable. You may be able to find an old voicemail in a backup of your device; I'm not sure if those are stored on device and are backed up. Maybe someone else here will know.
