We see you're unable to see yourself while on a video call. Are you able to see yourself while using all other cameras or apps that use the camera on the device?
Also, are you referring to the Facebook Messenger app? If so, you can also try the steps here including contacting the app developer if you're still having trouble and if this only occurs with Facebook Messenger.
