My mom can’t remember her 6 digit passcode, she said she don’t remember setting 1 up. We have tried the 6 zeros and nothing. We don’t have a computer or iPad to reset her phone or to put it in recovery mode. Can we reset it another way? Anything will be helpful…

Unfortunately no. You will need an actual computer to restore the iPhone and remove the passcode. It cannot be an iPad, it must be a computer, Mac or PC. If you can’t borrow one from a friend or relative, you can take the iPhone to an Apple Store and request the use of one of the floor models.
