Unable to change media type from Music Video to TV Show (or anything else)

Mac mini 2020

OS 11.6

Music 1.1.6.37

TV 1.1.6.37

I used the Apple tool to move all of my data from my old Mac mini to this new one. Now many of my TV shows that are in .mp4 format can now be found in Music under Music Videos. When I Get Info>Options the Media Kind is set to Music Video and there are no other options available. I have verified that the file itself Show in Finder>CTRL/Click>Get Info>Sharing and Permissions - that I have read and write access to the file(s).

I'd just like these to show up in TV where they should be.

With the Music and TV apps in Catalina or later there isn't a way to move content between the apps by changing the media kind. Instead you will need to delete items from Music while keeping the files in place, then import them into the TV app. Once there you should be able to change the media kind between Home Videos, Movies, and TV Shows as appropriate.
