i recently noticed that during incoming call ; iphone 13 pro max giving is cracking sound from speaker . Specially during opening ringtone of iphone.
i am very disappointed with new iphone .
i think it’s manufacturing defect.

We see you're having issues with crackling audio at the start of the ringtone on incoming calls. We'd be happy to help.
For issues with audio distortion, this page may help out: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
Also, does changing the ringtone help? Check to see if it happens elsewhere as well, such as in the Music app, recorded videos, or third-party apps, etc.
If you haven't tested it with headphones in, be sure to do so if possible. That would help to isolate it further.

Were you able to test the audio out in different apps to see if it's primarily the ringtone that's affected, or if other apps also produce crackling audio?
Also, when testing with headphones, did you hear the same crackling audio? This will be important to test to get the issue isolated down. If you don't have headphones, you can try testing speakerphone while on a phone call, and see if this produces crackling audio.

Hello again~ Take it in and have it checked for sure. Apple has always been very helpful to me with the very few problems I have ever had. It is one of the many reasons that I have been an Apple customer for so long. It may be that you just got one with an issue.
