Software restore to get rid of (wrongful) genuine camera message?

Can anyone confirm if it helps to do a full software restore of Iphone to get rid of this message? The phone (Iphone 12 pro, ios 15) is only a few months old, and no changes to original camera have been done or other replacements/repairs.

Apple support could not help, and recommended to first do software restore, second deliver it to a support center.

I certainly was given bad advice by Apple Support. Not sure if what you say about the Genius Bars at Apple stores is true here in the Uk: support.apple.com "Depending on your location, you can get your iPhone camera replaced – in or out of warranty – by visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider, or by sending your iPhone to an Apple Repair Centre."

Are we now saying it would still not have been repaired in-store even if I had paid extra for the Apple Care+ ?
