Asking how to unblock my iPhone 11 after iTunes doesn’t recognize it

I have an IPhone 7 and when upgrading fell in love with iPhones. I’m used to android so I’m hoping I can ask this correctly.

I locked myself out of my iPhone. ( 10 password attempts )

I’ve read all the articles on how to do it and continue to try. My iTunes which is updated completely does not recognize my device. I would leave it alone, but there’s some factors that make me continue to try.

I put my iPhone 11 into recovery mode and I use the new cable ( not usb ) and connect it to my windows 10 pc. I do receive a message alert on the iPhone 11, and it says recovery mode.

I turn the phone off and start it up in recovery mode while it is locked and that’s when it is recognized my my PC. I get the IPhone recovery icon at the bottom right of my computer screen showing that I plugged in apple I boot. I pull that up and trouble shoot it, says there are no problems.

I’ve made a couple mistakes though. While chatting with apple support there was a miss understanding & I plugged I was told to delete my phone under devices. I had a hunch I shouldn’t do it, but I was told it would erase my phone and unblock it. I shouldn’t have done that and am pretty sure there’s no way to add it back.

I tried using a usb cable from my iPhone 7 and the same thing happens.

I also tried using my IPhone 7 with my iPhone 11 credentials to see if that would do anything. I was asked if I trust the computer. Of course I said yes, but immediately I was told to type in my passcode.

I am wondering if there’s any other thing I can try ? I have updated iTunes, and am pretty sure that it is my PC that has an issue as my iPhone 11 is less then a month old.

Another question and this is not related to it, but might be related to me deleting it from my devices. Basically I can sign into my iPhone 11 on ITunes. No problem at all. When I go to the iCloud website it continuously says invalid password. That is completely inaccurate considering my password Is not too challenging. 9 characters. Does that make any sense ?

I can provide screen shots if anyone is confused what I am asking.

I’ve been using iPhone in general about 6 months. Thank you for any positive feedback
