Frequently Disconnecting iPhone Hotspot

Hello,

Whenever I used to connect with iPhone 11 hotspot to Laptops, it get disconnected in few minutes, if I get a call or if I open any other browsers. If I keep opening the iPhone Hotspot page, it will never disconnect but as soon as I open a different browser or go back to the iPhone home page, it's get disconnected. It's giving huge problem as Work from home is ON.

Kindly help ASAP.

Mobile hotspot disconnects frequently I am using my iPhone as a mobile hotspot for my Linux PC and for some reason the hotspot keeps on disconnecting frequently, which is really hampering my WFH equilibrium. This issue does not happen consistently, some days it would work just fine and some other day it would reset like twenty times an hour. I tried troubleshooting by turning on/off Low Power Mode, keeping the screen on or eveything else that could have been done. I am on iOS 14.1 right now, and any suggestions would be appreciated.
