ARP Poisoning

i went through a hacking spell for about a year before I knew what was going on. Turns out ARP Poisoning. (mit) attacks. While I know what is taking place. Im curious to know if my info In my iPhone 12 and MacBook Are still safe? I believe they in fact got into my phone and computer. Just looking for a little guidance thanks…

ARP poisoning has nothing to do with your smart phone or laptop or tablet being compromised. It has to do with the network you’re using being compromised - I.e. the attacker has to know the gateway and device’s IP address which means the attacker has to gain access to the router . How strong is the admin password on the WiFi router your using? What type of authentication is it using.


An ARP attack is independent of the devices those on the hacked network are using. It has to do with how good the security of the network itself is.
