When streaming since the new tvOS update the screen will go black intermittently.
I have done a reset. I have signed in and out of my Apple ID as suggested with Apple support.
however it continues to happen.
any help would be appreciated.

Please execute the following:
1. Unplug your modem from its power source and Restart Modem.
2. Unplug your router from its power source and Restart router.
3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.

3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
Have tried them all except “reset” on modem, just did now.
