I am not able to see the different payment method options in the Settings App against my Apple ID. Is anyone facing this issue. Would appreciate support if anyone has had similar issue

Hi. Apple in India allows payment options of A.debit/credit card B. Internet Banking C. Rupay. I only get to see option (a)
Different payment methods available in India - Not able to see that on my iPhone/Mac. My Country/Region is set to India.
