I'm trying to pair my old AW2 to my new iP13Pro. It pairs and then searches for latest WatchOS update. Then it says I have to update IOS first. But I have the latest IOS (15.0.1). Tried multiple times; no luck. Just unpair, reset watch etc. Any suggestions? Many thanks if you do!

Watch 2 will only update to WatchOS6 and this won't pair with ios15.
So my AW2 is unusable with my iP13Pro? No way to get it to work?
Don't see anything useful in this thread; I'll take anything that will actually get AW2 to function.
Is there any way to bypass the update stage of pairing? So the AW2 runs an older version of WatchOS, but at least functions with my iP13Pro?
