Not able to restore ipad by connecting with system

You are presumably attempting to restore your iPad using either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS). Be aware that you can only use a PC or Mac; other computers, such as Chromebook, cannot be used.


Assuming that you computer is compatible and has iTunes (or Finder) installed - do you see any errors or messages when you connect? If so, what errors do your see.

If your iPad is not recognised by your computer when connected, try using a different USB port. This support page may also be helpful with troubleshooting connection issues:
