How has Telenor Contacts app suddenly appeared on my iPad

Just noticed that I have 2 new apps that I know nothing about. One is Telenor Contacts and the other is Telenor Atlas. Have I been hacked or what?

Similar questions

ALL bank related contacts disappeared upon new phone upgrade. I mean ALL. For any contact with the letters b a n k all gone. ie food bank & coldwell BANKer. All other contacts came through ok. Any one have any ideas besides i got hacked?
