How do I get around iTunes wanting me to restore my phone to connect it to my PC?

You need a computer (macOS od Windows OS).

No the computer screen when I plug my iphone 11 pro max says, "iTunes cannot read the contents of this iPhone" what can I do now to properly back up my iphone so I can use my new one?
