Apple Titanium card

I requested my Apple titanium card on Sept 11th and have still not even received it or a notice that it shipped. How long does it take to receive and who do I contact to request it again?

Hi, congratulations on your new account! There are now numerous reports/posts in other communities online of the card taking 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. The delay is being generally attributed to the September Event when Apple announced new iPhones and iPad. The demand for the card supposedly increased exponentially and now shipments of the physical card are delayed.

The above post is correct and you’ll receive a notice in your Apple Card in your Wallet on your iPhone that the card has shipped and it’ll also contain a link to track the shipment. You’ll generally receive the package a day or two after the notice.

It can’t hurt to reach out to the Apple Card Support Team at Goldman Sachs and inquire about your card. They may have access to additional information. I hope this helps.

You’re welcome! Yes, under “normal times” the new cards are received within 4 to 7 days. But the demand for new iPhones created a new dynamic. The information I provided needs to be taken with a grain of salt, but there literally 100’s of inquiries similar to yours online. Your welcome to post a reply and let other community members know of your experiences when you receive your card.

Here’s a link to a support article on activating your new card when it arrives,

Again, congratulations!
