Request refund

I paid 4.99$ for increased my likes on Instagram. After purchased it was not working at all i paid 3 times more it didn’t work like at all. I didn’t receive any single likes, i emailed to app creators, deleted this app and re downloaded 3-4 times i even updated my phone software and tried again. And nope it was not working at all. Either this app is being scam or not working at all anymore. They took my total 20$ and didn’t do anything. It’s scam. Id love to get refund and report this app. Please
