Iphone Trade-In

The 14 days of trade-in is a two weeks timeframe to send the device, or to arrive at the apple location?

My trade-in kit arrived on September 30. Do I have until October 14 to send it or does it need to arrive at apple by October 14?

You have two weeks to return it if you cannot do so today call Apple.
