Regarding Trade-In
For trade in, I need to send my device within 14 days. Is the kit coming with my new device? Does the 14 days mean from the day that I get my new iPhone or the order placed date?

Once you receive your new iPhone, your timeframe to return the old one for the Trade-In program starts.
You will receive your Trade-In kit with your new iPhone, as well as further instructions on how to properly send back your old iPhone.
