my mother in law passed away and i was given her apple watch but i get to the part it says enter your apple account and it wont take my apple account it says contact previous owner. how can i activate my watch
Do you have the original receipt from when she purchased it from Apple? If yes, take that and a death certificate and make a Genius Bar appointment to see if they will clear it.
