hi, I got a mail from apple and it says
Due to an unexpected delay, we were unable to deliver your item by the originally quoted time. As a result, we have issued a refund for the shipping cost to your original method of payment.
and I went to the website but there is no button or something I can change.
what I can do with that situation?

What is it you want to change? Refunds aren't instantaneous. They can take 10 - 30 business days to show on your original payment method.

Are you sure that the email is legitimate? Apple does not usually charge for shipping costs. See this:

thank you but I don't think it is phishing email because I actually paid shipping costs and when I clicked the link I could go to the actual apple website : ).....
