Sleep app on iPhone

Hi!

I’m using Sleep app for alarm, and I’ve set the app on my Apple Watch to wake me up with no sound, just using the vibration. I don’t want the alarm to be set on my iPhone, so I didn’t set it there. Both devices are on Silent mode. However, from time to time (not every day in the Sleep schedule) my iPhone would produce music along with the vibration in my Apple Watch. As I’ve been trying to figure out to turn this off, the only thing I could come up with is turning the alarm sound in Sleep to minimum, because if I turn the alarm completely off on the phone, it would also turn it off on my watch. Is there a way to leave the alarm with no sounds on the watch only?

Hello Kseniia_new,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to avoid hearing music as your alarm on your iPhone, as you use the Apple Watch for vibrations as an alternative option. We can help point you in the right direction.

On your iPhone you can open the Apple Watch app and turn off, "Push Alerts from iPhone." This may help resolve the issue you're experiencing. For the appropriate steps, please follow the section of this article that says, "See the same alarms on both iPhone and Apple Watch": Add an alarm on Apple Watch

Please let us know if that helps.

Kind regards.
