I am considering getting an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max which comes with a MagSafe Qi Charger, which is magnetic.

My question is, will the phone cause any damage to the watches as I hold my phone in my left hand and wear my watch on my left wrist?

Being a mechanical movement, and given the magnetic field strength of MagSafe is not very strong, I cannot imaging how your watches could be affected by MagSafe. The automatic movement won’t be winding the mainspring while your holding the phone, but the underlying operation of a mechanical movement would only be affected by much more powerful magnets than in any iPhone.

I have Citizen eco-drive GPS time set wrist watches and they are not affected by my iPhone 13 Pro. Not that I’d expect any watch, mechanical or electronic to be affected by a MagSafe phone as the magnetic field isn’t strong enough. But an electronic watch is more likely to be affected by strong magnets in close proximity (and they’d either need to be very close, mm’s, or very strong magnets) than a mechanical movement.
