AKG Lyra not working with MBP 16 (2019)

I purchased AKG Lyra which is not working with my MacBook Pro 16 (2019). Tough it is working with my other windows computer.

I contacted apple support and they said that there could be some driver issue that could be resolved from AKG's side And I am unable to connect to AKG support for some unknown reason.

I contacted AKG and they are saying that it is an issue on the apple side because the device works fine with other Apple devices.

Does anyone have a solution it is causing me big problems with my workflow and I have heavily invested in these devices.
